Nebraska Title.........

Does anyone know the correct way to obtain a title for a project bike without a title in Nebraska? Got an 80 custom kz1000 frame with a 76 kz900 engine with no title. Any GOOD ideas on where to start or which direction to go with this? Any help or suggestions are greatly apprecited.....Thank you.

It will involve a bond and an inspection by the sheriffs dept. .
