I've had good luck with Sprocket Specialists.
They even do custom stuff. "reasonable" price and fairly quick service.

Don't be ridiculous! It's only a flesh wound!

The front sprocket uses a Z13 spline pattern and lots of modern kawasakis and suzukis use this with 530 pitch teeth.
If the rear sprocket is 6 bolt then Kawasaki kept the same mount for most of their larger models, so the ZXR750, ZX9R, ZX12 etc 530 rear sprockets will bolt straight on.
Ideally you need a JT or Talon etc sprocket catalogue or friendly bike shop assistant so you can find the ones that fit with the correct tooth count.

JT has their catalogue online here: CLICK.

Just select 'Kawasaki' in the 'manufacturer' field and click 'Find bikes' and a list will appear, then as Zed1015 says you need to find the correct spline type (Z13) and a size that works - unfortunately you can't filter the search by spline type so it'll take a bit of browsing.

Did a quick search and it seems a JTF519 (for a ZXR750 H2) will work for your front - it's 530 and available in 17T which is very similar in diameter to your present 15T 630. To maintain your current final drive ratio (2.33) you'll then need a 39T or 40T 530 rear sprocket, obviously with the appropriate bolt pattern and center hole size.

77 KZ 650 B1, 82 GPz 1100 B2.
