I have been rebuilding my baby for the better part of a decade now. After several job changes and moves I can see the light at the end of the tunnel

I am putting new bearings in my freshly powder coated wheels and seem to be coming up short on parts for the rear wheel. The bearing spacer in particular. Can someone please help me with the length of pipe I need to cut?
I'm unable to get a good measurement because I can't find those tools either.

JUST FOUND IT, LOOKS LIKE 90mm.
