Pitted Master Cylinders

Both masters on my 750/4 are junk due to internal corrosion. No worry about the front since late model masters are cheap and plentiful on ebay (not worried about originality). Rears are a different matter though. Bought what looked like a clean sample but the bore was pitted on that one too.

Any suggestions on what to do? Are there any later model masters that can be made to work with minimal hassle?

Both front and rear masters can be bored out and a new liner pressed in to make them like new.
Not generally cheap though.
