Frame slugs, and 1" MS tubing

Anybody know where I can find these items online? I tried a search, but came up empty. I need to replace a couple bars on a frame. Looking for advice on thickness, and slugs to go with this tubing.

Thanks,

Any decent machine shop or welding shop should be able to make you up some slugs on a lathe.

speedymetals.com
or
shapirosupply.com/

are good places to source the tubing unless you are looking for metric od's.

i would try to use as close to the same o.d. as the tubing you are replacing and a .120 wall in dom will be completely sufficient.

if you can buy tubing the same wall thickness, and the same od as the id of the tube your replacing you can cut it down and use it for slugs.
