kz650 - SPEC II Rear Sets?

Anyone have any experience with the rear sets from SPEC II?

There is not [strike]much [/strike]any information on their website, no specs, pictures, contact info...etc
Do they come with linkage or mounting hardware? Are there any pictures available anywhere? Are they even still available?

Also looks like the page was last updated in '99.

www.spec2.com/rearsets.html

Looking for a '77 kz650 application with rear disc.

I have not dealt with SPEC rearsets but have Tarozzi's on my 1000 (and a set going on my 900) and had Raask's on a Bandit I had at one time. I did not care for the Raask's. They seem old and outdated and cost about the same as the Tarozzi's. Both sets used a linkage system to actuate the rear M/C but the Rassk's never seemed to work as well as the Tarozzi's. Just my $0.02, I could be wrong.

I had SPECII rearsets on an RD years ago and I remember them being "OK". At the time they were the only show in town. Modern bikes of the era didn't have foot pegs or controls worth borrowing, and I'm not much of a machinist for fabricating my own even now. Raask seem to have a set for anything ever made and I have a set on my Suzuki and have for years without any issues. Admittedly they aren't the finest thing on the market, but they're available and they work. Paul
