After market master cylinder

While looking for parts to rebuild my front master cylinder I came across a number of after market complete set ups. The look very close to the oem and the price is right. But, the brake light switch hooks up differently. Any one tried one of these? What must I do to hook up wires, cut and add ends? Not something I want to do.

I don't know what mc you're considering, but others have mentioned getting the aftermarket units from usa-motorcycles on eebbaayy - on those I think you have to splice the brake light wiring.
