"New" to me '83 GPZ550..
I've just replaced the fork seals and was going to put in a set of Progressive front springs. On inspecting the existing springs, I'm suspecting someone had previously installed a set of Progressives. They are a completely progressive spring and I believe the original springs were either a single rate, or dual rate spring. The current ones come up to about an inch from the top with the forks expanded. Can anyone of y'all advise what I should see if springs are original??
