pistons seized/stuck in calipers. was created by kamakazie1000
3 of 4 (both front, one rear) pistons seized in the calipers from my 77 kz1000. the rest of the calipers dont look too bad at all. i bought the bike as a project, i think the last time it was on the road was 2002, so they've been sitting for a while.
is it even worth trying to rebuild these things or am i better off looking for replacements?

will post pics later tonight.

It all sounds right to me.
Just be careful please.
Don't try to cut corners, flying brake pistons can hurt you bad.
And that thing is full of filthy brake fluid, that stuff tastes like shi* and can BLIND you.
