Shelby-Dowd Rear Disc

Hoping someone can help me. After much research, I have learned that I have Shelby-Dowd wheels on one of my bikes (link below, photos attached). Now working to reassemble the bike after paint, powder-coating, polishing etc., I am having some difficulty in finding the rear brake rotor. Some indicate Honga GL1000 being the same but the dimensions are off. Hoping that you know a lot more about these than I and would. Any hints or help would be appreciated.
