kz1000 brake pedal fit on 1978 LTD
20 Jul 2013 16:55
The previous owner shortened the brake pedal in a homebrew rearset attempt. I'm looking to change pack to the stock position, but am finding a shortage of the specific 77-80 LTD pedals. I know they are different part numbers, but does anyone know if the length/installed height is different?

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationAccording to Kawasaki.com the 1978 KZ1000-B2 (LTD) uses part #43001-1001 for the brake pedal. Here’s a NOS (new old stock) one on eBay. The guy has 2 of them and is willing to accept offers, so you may be able to pick one up at a bargain price. Ed

Thanks. I found the diagram on the Kawasaki Website, but NOS is too nice for my bike
I put up a post in the Parts Wanted section, I may find something that fits by budget.
