will a 18" rear from from like a 750,900 or 1000 fit ? I have an 82' 440, this would be chain drive by the way with drum rear brake.

Chain offset is different from the 400/440 to 550cc and up bikes.

I think the closest match would be the wheel from a 440 standard B model. I have no idea if the drum assy, panel assy & coupling assy are interchangeable - the Ltd models have different part numbers than the B models, but it just may be that the B's are painted black?

Ok thank you guys. I was asking because to put an ice tire on it and 18 are easier to do and not sure if there is a 16 tire out there to stud up.
