I would go with stock Kawasaki pads (they are still available). Otherwise you may find the brakes squeal a bunch. Ed

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configuration
so something like this is a bad idea?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with brake shoes; I was thinking of disk brake pads. Maybe someone with brake shoe experience will chime in. Ed

Brake shoes are kind of like shoes you wear on your feet, they all work for the most part, some better than others. These probably work just fine. Shoes are easy, it's the disc pads that are a real pain and you mostly need to stay stock Kawasaki unless you want to sound loud as a fire engine every time you stop.

I installed Vesrah brake shoes & they work just fine. Others had mentioned brake squeal, so I sanded the leading edges of them & I also sanded the drum very carefully & methodically to remove the old glazing. Use brake grease in the proper places, such as the pivot points. Don't get any grease on the braking surfaces. I use the Permatex Ultra Disk Brake grease in the little packets.
