What tire fits the front of a 83 KZ750 H4 LTD?

Dumb question, I know, but.... What is a 3.25x19? And what options are available front and rear? And where the heck do I find them?

The 3.25-19 is pretty close to a 100/90-19 front tire in modern sizing, even thought the math doesn't really work out (3.25" is about 83mm).

Some options for tires are the Bridgestone BT-45 or the Avon Roadrider .

What is the size of the rear? MT90-16?

As for where to get them, the internet has them. www.powersportsuperstore.com seems to have good prices... Actually Amazon has a decent price as well.
