Like the title states, wondering if this swap will work. I found one that has been stretched and am hoping this is a direct bolt up. Not trying to promote blasphemy or anything, just lookin to save myself some fab work if I can.

Is the seller of the swingarm sure of the model? The '81 xs650 has a twin shock swinger rather than a monoshock. Ed

Yes it is a twin shock swinger. Shocks come with, though I won't need them

Im not sure either,all I can say is try and get the dimensions of the Yamaha swing arm pivot and compare with yours as a starting point.
Maybe try the xs 650 forum to get dimensions. :)
