warped rotors ring ring ring ring was created by donthaveakawman
rotors are slightly warped but they make this god-awful infernal racket. I stuck a c-clamp with a pencil right up against the rotor and spun the wheel and at first I thought it was the wheel bearing but it is driving me nuts/crazy.

also there is a clicking in the front end only when the brakes are on there. I want a refund.

I think you need to give that poor old kaw a break. I would just do the maintance and ride it and not worry about all the other stuff. The rotor should be warped some as thats what opens the caliper back up after you hit the brake.

one of the caliper pins on each side has a rubber thing on it that opens it up more- should that be facing the direction that the wheel spins?
opened to let the rotor spin into it?
