I was told that the biggest tire that will fit a kz900-kz1000 is a 140. Have fun!

Jamming a 140-sized tire into a stock KZ swingarm is tantamount to a plus-sized gal going off a 3rd floor balcony to get into last year's jeans; though it may be possible, it's stuffing 12 pounds of tire into a 9 pound bag, and is likely to get embarrassing in public at the worst possible time... :woohoo:

I have a 130 in my stock 1974 Z1 swing arm. And it just fits. Anything bigger and it will rub. At least on mine.
1974 900 Z1 modified to look like a LTD , some engine mods. But I still have all the original parts.

a 140 will probably fit but the problem is the rim,if its to narrow the tire will be pinched together.if you had a 3-3.5" rim it probably would work better.;)
