Scrap 36mm fork tube wanted, '79 KZ1000. was created by Slashaguc
Hi guys, does anyone have a scrap or spare 36mm fork tube to suit a '79 KZ1000 that I might have? Unfortunately my bike is 5000mls away and I need to make a set of extended fork top bolts for my next trip home. I have new billet triple clamps fitted now so the stock fork bolts no longer fit. I need a scrap fork tube (or just the top 3" cut off) so that I can us it as a test nut when I cut the screw tread on the new bolts. Any help greatly appreciated. Regards, Slash.
