Mistery Parts Identification

OK these parts came out of the forks on my 76 Kz900a. I took them apart over a year ago. the book emanuals do not show these parts. This is an original bike no fork changes, I know the history. so... where do these parts fit in?

On mine the two flat washers go on top of the springs and the spacers go between them and the top cap. Not sure about the o rings unless they are for the top caps.

Thanks! I was guessing that, but I wonder why they are not mentioned or shown in the parts breakdown...
