Is there a highly-recommended product to apply on seats, tires, foot pegs, etc...? I'm familiar with Armor-all, but what would be the best product to use?

Yes, armour all is for kids! half water!
I have been restoring parts for 15 years. I tried everything out!
I had a friend, a distributor, who became owner of a new company HIS! Because of lack of corporate quality.
He took it on his own to make good stuff!
IT is called Well-Worth Products Similar to Castle stuff. (Family fued) long story.

Don't use anything on the seat except a little soap & water. If you put any of the vinyl shine or polish products on it it will be too slick to stay on during heavy acceleration or fast turns. Just wash it so it is clean. Ed

Good point Ed, you are right on that. But after a day or so the slipperiness goes away. And as long as I am careful not to ride hard in that period it works out great. I only had to use it about three times on the seat this year and it has kept a nice appearance. Learned the pledge trick from a car restoration site.

Pledge works good. I used that 30 years ago.
I wore the laquer paint off of a New 1982 Chevy Camaro's front fenders. Cause I did that every day to be a show off  To go out cruisin! WTF?

Plus "dazzle is not slippery" Go online
Call them. Ask for Peter Carr he is the owner.
Tell him Marty from Buffalo reffered you.
Marty the Motorcycle restorer. He will talk to you for 30 minutes if you like!
He is that kind of a Gentleman! A Class Act. His web prices are higher but that quart of Dazzle only cost $9.99 at his warehouse in Buffalo, NY.
I can also deal it.

Has no water. I hang my leather coats up once a year and hose them down with it. They are 15 years old and look exactly like new.

303 Aerospace Protectant is something to look into. I've never used it, but it's mentioned all of the internet for treating rubber & plastic.
