swing arm bobber

So I picked up a 76 kz900 with a lot of work done to it, I don't really dig the look of it that much and i would like to turn it into a bobber. I would like to lower the seat but the swing arm hinders me from doing that. Does anybody have any suggestions on what to do or any other frames that would be good to use ?

Why does the swingarm hinder lowering the seat? You can just Kong the seat to whatever height you want.
