The rim can be found on any harley site,spokes will be a little tougher maybe try buchanon.com

Im running a 19" rim with a 100 x 90 tire in stock form and Im maxed out as my clearance is under 3/8 of an inch.
Sorry Should have been more clear... my bike is pretty far from stock. Not really worried about it hitting my front fender.... cuz my front fender is on my back tire.... hahaha
