do they normally ballance front wheel single rotor brake with the rotor on?

Yes, they charge me $9 to bal mine at local Honda Dealer....they want the rim as complete as possible....that means leave the rotors (2) on in my case.....you would be the same.

They do my rear with one rotor.

That reminds me....I have to get the summer air taken out of my tires and get winter air put in.... B)

Hey ram....if you want to get crazy....mark rotor and hub...if you remove rotor you can install in the same position/way....I dont worry about myself. Just thought I would throw that out ... you can decide.
