Is it a wire or tube / rubber hose?

If its a hose.... maybe looking at a drain line??? going to air box?? battery box??

if it is a drain tube it should end up down in the back of the engine or by the swing arm pivot...pull/bounce on it and see if anything under there wiggles...probably a drain like said...never seen one before...killer bike...super fun...quick and tough as nails...change the oil and filter and get some killer tires and brake pads and your good for the season...or two or three seasons...tough fast light....great bike

The part appears to be in the Battery-case/Electro-bracket diagram. It's listed as a Connector Pipe (92059) & from the drawing it seems that it may fit into a battery bracket (11036). Perhaps it has something to do w the battery vent?
