They don't rattle in the steering head. They rattle in my hand. I just think they are cheap made.

At my last job I replaced numerious bearings and they were 20 times better than allballs stearing bearings.

I've got well over 10K miles on All Balls Kits, front and rear on my 82 K2. Also put in stem bearings from AB. Got them in my dirt bike also, wheel, and links. Have yet to have an issue with them. Like Ed said its nice to have a Kit with seals etc.
