It is a very common swap. You'll likely need some washers to use as spacers between the swing arm and frame and you will need to use Suzuki-style shocks or to redo the swing arm shock mounts for the Kawi-style shocks. You may need some spacers out back, too depending on how the sprockets line up.
I'll bet there is a thread or two about this somewhere on this site. Maybe even an article inthe file base.
