Brakes and Sprockets

Hi Guys,

I am looking to have my rear and two front brake calipers and assemblies rebuilt. They are rough, but no too bad. Does anyone here do this on the side for cash? Or point me in the right direction? I figure a rookie can figure out most things but brakes should be left to those who know what they are doing.

Also, I plan to ride the bike on many long trips and dont want it to be screaming at freeway speeds. What do you guys recommend so far as front and rear sprockets and accompanying chains?
