KZ 1100 Bars was created by dano83-1100
Does anyone know if the bars on 1983 KZ 1100 had dimples in them for the switch housing, or are they completely straight? My bike highsided off the kickstand by a strong gust of wind last night. I was and am so upset. not much damage, just some bad rash on the stator cover, and the bars were tweaked. I have another set of bars at home from an old Virago I used to own, so I was gonna swap those out.

That is not a high side.
A high side is when you go over the bars, not a fun ride.

Yeah,I believe they do. I put a set of Daytona bars on my Shafty, and had to drill a hole for the control pin.No biggie.
