Gpz1100 frontend on kz1000 A

Hello everyone, I'm doing the popular gs swingarm swap on my 77 kz1000 A very soon. Everyone here has been very helpful with all the info provided about this swap. Now my question to you out there, can I use the forks and brake calipers from a gpz1100 (for the dual discs brakes) but still use my kz front spoke and front fender?

Why not just put dual discs on kz frontend? B)

I have either an early made 1000 or someone prior to me has put a 900 frontend but my front brake caliper mounts on top of the rotor instead of underneath on the back side like I've seen alot of the other 1000's. I am just unsure if I can mount the dual brake system on my existing forks. If so, no problems. Easier than I thought. I will keep pix posted as I progress with my project. Some things you can't see that are already done includes 1170 kit, stage 3 carb jets, dynatek elec ignition, and Taylor made wires.

Just turn them around and swap them to other side
