ATTENTION KZ FRONT END SPECIALISTS

Is there anyone who can swap the stems, or has one already? I don't know any machinists here, and probably have a better chance on here, id rather not do a 636 cause i heard there notorious for fork snaps. Id really like a swapped front end, anything but a 636, any ideas??????

Can't say I've ever heard of a snapped 636 front but there are many different options for forks. Many seem to use the gsxr forks and as for the stem swap, some can go in with just a bearing swap. If that doesn't work, Leon (531blackbanshee) is your man here for that.
Or this.

I'm betting he meant "swap" instead of "snap" after reading it again, some people like different but so do I so can't blame him! There has been a ton of these swaps done with almost as many different ways of going about it so with a goal in mind, just pick a path your comfortable with and go with it! There are plenty of people willing a more than capable of helping so just ask.

I had to put a 750 stem on a 1000 front end once.

It was pretty easy and cheap.

I used a machine shop called AZTEK in clearwater FL it was under $100's
