Nice job, apart from the chain run. A custom made offset sprocket is $90 around here. If that's still too rich for you you can always cut and weld two sprockets together.

Steve. Looks great,bet she handles nice too. I'm doing the same conversion to my 1981 GPZ1100. I cant wait till the summer to trash some Busas and GSXR's.Happy riding.

try using a gearbox sprocket from a zx10 (the old one!)
or a zzr1100.
these made the chain run fine on my z1100r fitted with zrx swinger and gsxr 4.5 rim.
bolts right on and costs about 10-15 quid.
this is using a 530 chain.

Well how I mounted the dual headlights at this point is a mute subject because I took them off the bike cuz they draw too much power. The charging system dose not put out enough power to efficiently run the dual headlights. I even installed a larger stator, it helped but they were still not bright enough. So went back to the 7in headlight and poof! just like that problem solved I can now see at night.
