How to purchase a inner tube

I have a spoked rim. I need a new inner tube. The rim is 2.75 x 19 Im going to put a 100/90-19 tire on it. How do I know what tube to buy. I would guess a 100/90-19 inner tube right. Its a stright stem so that would be a t4? what is the difference between t4 and t6?

Metzeler and Pirelli make good natural rubber tubes as opposed to butyl tubes offered by many makers. I believe you can find Metzeler tubes in the size you need. From everything I have read the only difference between the TR4 and TR6 valves is that the TR6 valve has an oval base that is attached to the inner tube where the TR4 is round. Both have the center, straight stem KZ's need.

What about tube size, do I have it correct?

Yes, you match the tube size to the tire size. The tube should have your specific tire size printed on it (usually with a few other tire sizes.). Ed
