Disc fit for kawasaki gt750

Hi
Does anyone know aftermarket discs that fit a 86 Kawa gt750? According to Haynes manual they are 226mm but the problem is the screw placement.
I am trying to go for a more modern looking discs, so if you know let me know as well, cheers.
