What are you trying to stretch,how much?

Do it the easy way and get a extended swingarm and remove the rear fender.

I sure have but I can't even find a stretch kit for the bike do you now where I can locate one

My RD350 is five over and the guy I bought it from did it with two factory swingarms. Once cut you will need a tight fitting pipe to swedge into the inside diameter of the swingarm, the longer in the better (Thats what she said) Once the pipes are in tight drill through both pipes and plug weld them. Once you have both pieces together drill, plug weld and then run a bead around the area where the two pipes meet, grind welds and paint. There are other ways to do it but this was done on my bike with factory parts and I thrash the bike pretty hard and have had no problems so far. plus it looks factory

Plus rake the neck a little.

I know a guy that has a jig setup just to do such a thing as building extended swingarms, even for 650/750 kz's. :whistle:
