stock length of forks KZ1000A?

Can someone tell me the stock length of '78 KZ1000A forks? Mine measure 30½ from top to bottom. I was wondering if mine has been lowered or not.

If no one pipes in, I have a set off a bike, but at home. Are these measured on the bike, or off? Where, and what, exactly are you measuring?

mine measure 30 3/4" from top, to axle center.
76 KZ, frame gusset work,1200CC.Ported by Larry Cavanaugh, 1.5mm.over intakes, Carron Pipe, ZRX12 rear end, and seat,96zx9 front end.
01 CBR600F4i Track bike.

They were measured on the bike. From top of tube to bottom under axle.

On the bike, but unsprung (on a jack), mine are about 30.5 inches from the top to the center of the axle. You have stock length forks.
