KZ1100 fork part number question

So I'm looking at a used set of forks on EBAY for my 83' kz1100 a3 shaft and found a pair from an 82' kz1100 spectra d1. My question is both station tubes, chrome shaft that gets rusty start the same # 44022- 1111 for my 83' and 44022-1045 for the 82' all the other internal part numbers are the same . I was just going to slip these forks into place if the seals are fine and change the oil. Any help would be great. Thank you.

dont know about yours but the spectre is air i have a pair of them in my garage
