I think this goes on the lower triple tree in front of the brake line splitter and then the Kawasaki emblem attaches to it.
Am I right? If so what length is the bolt supposed to be that connects it all?

The bolt in the diagram I see only shows 45mm long and I don't any that size. It would have to be longer to go though that and the line splitter.
