No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationWould it be possible for these shocks to fit a KZ750 Twin? I know the length is ok & i can get bushes to pair the bike & shock up

I'd be willing to bet that the RD weighs a LOT less than your KZ, so the springs may be much too soft and there may not be enough damping either.

A look through the Shock makers site might help, or an email to them.
But I would expect TexasKZ is right.
Those might feel like a couple of Poggo Sticks on a heavier bike.

Yes they will fit with different bottom bushes (i spoke to the makers today) but i take on board what you guys are saying about weight. The RD250/400 that those shocks fit are 160-170kg. Now in saying this i have substituted the original rear brake detup for a modern ZX6R setup, there has been prob about 5kg removed grom the unsprung weight on the swingarm which will make it react faster.

These are the cheapest I have found for Kz's but I have no experience with ordering from this company nor can I find any info on these specific shocks online...I wish they would publish the spring rate, etc.

Don't buy them all...I'll need one pair.

Now thats cheap.......but i need em in Black & then ass UK shipping!!
If i resprung the RD shocks it would work out @ £45 for the KZ springs, thats all the difference in the shocks. Maybe i could try the 16kg springs & upgrade if necessary?

I would be concerned about the amount of Dampening also. Not just spring rate.

Again, not endorsing these - I probably will pass on them as they seem like cheap Asian knock-offs.

If you find something that would be roughly the same weight and length/type as your bike they would likely work fine. I would just think the RD250 would be much lighter.
Are they 13" eye to eye type shocks? If so then likely any of the Kz650/900/1000 shocks will work as I believe all the early ones were the same style and the weight would be similar.
Hmm...looks like they might have been 12.5" on the twin. Have you looked into the progressives from Z1E? Or are they out of your price range/shipping cost?

They will assemble/ship them international, I believe. Good people, too.
