I just sent some parts out to be power coated, one being the Master Cylinder. The shop that did the job got a little over zealous and power coated the inside where the reservoir mounts. This is the Trapezoid Style that comes on 79 and 80 KZ1000’s. It has an o-ring between the metal casting and the plastic reservoir. I am curious if I will need to remove the powder coating before I assemble the Master Cylinder?
