I have conflicting data as to how much fork oil should be used. According to a spec sheet from Kawasaki I should have 5.3oz of oil and should read 2mm fork extended. I'm not so sure I can accurately measure 2mm of oil. According to my Clymer repair manual it says 7.7oz of oil for all police models 1982-2002 with a measurement of 6.1-6.2 from the top of the fork. What should I go by?
