I gave up and am ordering a jack this caliper is a paper weight

Speed is only a question of money. How fast do you wanna go?

In that case, fill it with water, and leave it in the freezer.
May require successive efforts as the expanding water-to-ice pushes the piston outward.
Would suspect that either the piston will gradually extricate itself or the caliper will burst.
