Last year I had picked up a trio of speedbleeders for the bike, direct from the manufacturer/distributer.
Speedbleeder
Whenever bleeding/purging brake system, I had finished up torquing them to the specs supplied. After changing brake lines the other day, I had a hard time getting my brakes back to safe operating condition.
After an hour of frustration, I started looking deeper. Seems the SB's are slightly longer than stock valves, and the tapered end with the fluid port had "collapsed" so to speak. The fluid port diameter had been reduced by at least half. Put the originals back in, job complete in about 5 minutes! Just curious if anyone uses these, or have experienced a similar problem?
