I have a 82 GPz750 rear rim, 2.15" I would like to install a 150/70x18 tire on it. Will this tire fit. Thanks

NO a 3.5" is the MINIMUM you would require for that tire. 4" would be the ideal.

No; it won't fit. The largest you can shoehorn on that rim (it's the same size as the rim on my KZ650-C1) is a 130/90V18. I ran the 130 size for years, but frankly they do not work any better than the 120/90V18 size tires which I've been using for the last 12K miles. The reason is that the narrow rim pinches the 130 size tire bead in so tight that it deforms the tread cross section leaving no more usable tread than the 120 size. The 130 looks cool (nice and beefy) but from a performance perspective there's no gain, and they really are a struggle to mount (especially with a tube and 2 bead locks on my bike). I don't believe it would be physically possible to squeeze anything larger than a 130 on a 2.15 rim. Ed
