I am just wandering if anyone can tell me if a kz1000 front end will fit on a kz650 frame. Thanks

Assuming we're talking 77-80, then yes it will.
But I have to ask why, it's an inch taller but everything else is pretty much the same.
Both are 36mm diameter and both use the same front axle diameter.

Ok...thanks. I was wanting to know because there was a shortened kz1000 frontend I was looking at buying on ebay. I just wasnt sure if it would fit on my kz650.

As long as it's a 1980 or earlier.
Stock KZ1000 front end is 1" longer than yours, can't think of any that are shorter at the moment.
Easy swap, bolts right in, just have to use 1000 brake rotors because the caliper sits higher on the fork on the 1000
