What Piece is Missing?

I recently bought a '78 KZ400 that was mostly torn down, I'm going through and cleaning it up and figuring out what parts I need before I start putting it back together. I noticed there were a few snipped lines coming from the carbs leading towards these 2 brackets. Could someone tell me just what exactly went here? It is on the bottom of the frame behind the engine near the swingarm. I tried looking through manual diagrams and such and couldn't figure it out. Thanks for any help, Captain Awsum.
I have a project 78 kz400c1 (currently in pieces)

There is usually a small, flimsy, bracket made of sheet metal to hold those two hoses. They are just the drain hoses for the carbs and are left open to allow any gas to hit the ground.

Those brackets are for the (missing) centerstand.

You're lucky you have brackets - some douche of a previous owner decided to take a hammer to mine...

thanks for the help, I kinda thought that might be the case, but was confused and unsure since it already had a side kickstand.
