Some background: I had a Yamaha XS750 for years and got real used to a shaft sound (or lack of). I lack any real reference point on whether my kz chain is making too much noise and should be replaced. One question does come to mind as a try to decide whether to replace it, is a 530 chain quieter than the stock chain?
