440a swing arm options?

love this site,i have a 440a in boxes lol taking it to fram today and was kinda woundering what some of my options might be for a new swing arm, i have seen some very well planed mods on the forum here but to be honest i dont think i have the savy to start from zero. so if anyone has any ideahs that would "stand out",run well and or wont take more than case of bud and a few weekends work im listening

if you can weld you can make your own? im making one for my 900 with optional 4 and 6"over slots with monoshock

my abilty to weld is summed up as a hack job,but thats what friends are for right...thanks for the ideah and i must say yours looks good what monoshock are you using?

bikeinpieces, do you know that the bike is good; have you ridden it, or did you get it in pieces? I'm just wondering if you should get it put back together, make sure everything works, then worry about a swingarm mod? I'd hate to do a boatload of work on the swingarm only to find out the motor is toasted... just my $.02 worth.

yup motor runs wasn't riden and has a onslot of electrical gremlins but the motor runs strong after a new set of carbs was only firing one, but yeah i agree with all the work for a new head ach, i'm taking the kiss method on everystep

im using the monoshock from a yamaha venture 1200 its air ride with a compressor still have a lot of welding to do

nevco the car is a 52 nash statesman with jesus sanctifies painted on the side i think it was a bible salesmans car, i need to sell it to make room for my other cars. youd think 2 24x30 garages would be enough :woohoo: :woohoo:

I get the feeling that you could have 6 garages and still not have enough room. Just like most of us here.
