update the forks on a voyager was created by Bearman
I know this is a long shot but I am trying to find a fit for voyager front forks to update to USD style. The center to center is about eight and one half inches on the stock and I am wondering if you guys know of a fit? Customizing seems to come to you guys naturally so I came here first. I will also be posting in all the usual places, just thought I would tap the wealth of knowledge around here first.

Bearman,
Welcome aboard. If you have spent any time reading the posts about front end conversions, you no doubt noticed that the usual method is to replace the whole thing - forks, triple clamps, wheel, brakes, et cetera. On a Voyager, you will likely have to do some fabricating at the top in order to be sure that whatever bars you use clear the fairing. It is also possible that more modern forks will be substantially shorter than the factory units. This is an important consideration, especially if you load that thing up to go touring. Please keep us up to date on this project.
