03/04 zx6rr swingarm on a kz 900

Hi,

I know the 03/04 zx6rr swingarm is a couple of mm wider than the stock kz 900 one. Can i fit this swingarm by shortening its pivot part and not having to shave the spacers on the frame, in that case i could go back to stock if i want to ? or would i have a problem refitting the swing bearings ? ( i know i need to machine a spacer to fit the kz axle, my issue is i prefer not to widen the frame ).

Is fitting a zrx 1200 have the same issues ?

Thanks

Look in the filebase OMR has a write up on that swap.

I did. He had to widen the frame a bit.
