I found that the old girl rides nice with 8 in the forks but if I wont her to look more like a chopper all I need to do id air the forks up and she will just jump off of the ground but she rides like dirt . I have not made the manifold for the forks yet . I have been having to good of a time riding her this year .

My forks say 35psi MAX on the forks themselves. I have issues with mine as well it sat for 3-5 years under a deck outside in Chicago. I ride it all the time but just air them up each time until I decide to sort them out. I’ll say this about KZ’s they can sit for ever in the worst weather and with with fresh gas,oil and a carb cleaning they still run like a champ!!!
